At Brookside Preschool, every child is supported by a dedicated key person who builds a warm, trusting relationship with them and their family. Their key person is responsible for supporting each child's wellbeing, learning and development, helping them to feel safe, secure and confident as they grow and prepare for their transition to school.

Our experienced team is fully enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checked and regularly updates their professional training. All staff hold current qualifications in Safeguarding, Paediatric First Aid, Positive Behaviour Support, Food Hygiene, Health & Safety, and Early Years practice, ensuring they provide the highest standard of care and education.
